My vehicle was completed and ready as promised, in three days, in a timely manner.
I will never go back unfortunately. 2 hour drive over there just to tell me someone is already going to be looking at the vehicle even after I told them I’m on the way. Once arrived the vehicle was ready however engine lights were on. This is by far my most favorite car buying process. Jairo is knowledgeable about the cars, add ins, packages, and is easy to talk to. I appreciate him being so available whenever I had a question or concern. He would listen and answer my question or problem solve my concern with ease. I met Bruce, the OnStar guru who was knowledgeable about that program and very kind. I love this dealership.

My sales rep David. Not David Greer but the other David needs to work on his communication skills. The service rep David was super professional. But the sales rep David overall I would give him a D. His lack of communication and lack of response is HORRIBLE. Not sure if he has customer service experience but he can really use a refresher.

Marty was absolutely amazing from the beginning contact and throughout the entire process. His communication was above and beyond. I had to fly in from Louisiana to complete the process. He picked me up and made sure every aspect of my purchase was handled appropriately. He wouldn’t let me leave the dealership until my OnStar was confirmed because he knew I had a 4 1/2 hour drive home and was traveling alone. I would definitely recommend Marty and your dealership!!

Repair seems to be what I needed. Took a week to get done and happy to find out one of my issues was under warranty. Labor charge was quite high is only dissatisfaction.

My car looked great when I picked it up. Like brand new! The one issue I was not pleased with was the communication from Classic on status of my car. I called three times to get estimate of completion. All three times, no one was available and messages were not returned. Had my truck there for warranty service,Both times it was issue with info screen, It took them a week to even look at it then order parts. Both times they kept truck for over 2 weeks.No communication from them unless I called. Since truck was drivable if they are that busy seems like you could make an appointment for them to troubleshoot instead of keeping vehicle for over 2 weeks for minor labor time.
Horrible customer service from the manger and the service lady as well. Accused me of physically damaging my own brand new vehicle.
This service department has been broken for YEARS!!!. I only visited due to a warranty issue which took 2 visits and multiple phone calls. Communication between service writers is terrible and follow up is non existent. I've driven GMC products for 50 years but will not be doing so in the future. Had to get a Service Manager involved to finally resolve.

Bilal the sales person did a great job and we appreciate all he did for us? The same can not be said of the management. None of them showed there faces when we picked up the car. In addition the sales mgr did not give me the ceramic coat paperwork nor warranty! This was not stipulated when we agreed to the sales price. I only found out when I asked for the paperwork and usual package one receives for the ceramic coating. Again Bilal did a great job !!

I recently purchased a car and had a generally positive experience. Luis the salesperson was very friendly, approachable and not pushy at all. Which made the process comfortable.
There was, however, some miscommunication regarding the amount I agreed to put down, which created a bit of confusion toward the end of the process. Additionally, when trying to resolve the issue, the loan processor wasn’t very flexible and simply stated that the bank was closed since it was a Friday evening. Overall, the recent experience with the sales team was good. However, the experience with Conrad Cooper was extremely disappointing and left a very negative impression. His attitude was not helpful, and his manners and lack of professionalism made the experience worse rather than better. His customer service approach was unpleasant and unacceptable, resulting in a truly disappointing and negative experience. While the general experience was good, I would not recommend doing business with Conrad Cooper based on his conduct, lack of good manners and poor customer service.

I bought a used Camry and was told it went through inspection 2 days after I start driving it, the check engine light came on and the car has a lot of noise down below including the front.breaks. I went back to tell them and I was told “we did the inspection and we cannot anticipate what will go wrong after”!
