There’s never been a time that I have needed service, whether big or small that Classic didn’t give me the best service experience in a very timely manner .
Fast, friendly service I went to the online portal and filled out all my information set the date and time for the service and when I arrived at the dealership, they had all my information drop my key off. I had a courtesy ride back to the house and my vehicle was ready in a couple of days which they kept me posted on the status when I did return to the dealership for pick up the cashier was very nice and polite and the vehicle was parked right outside and ready to go.
Clean, friendly and welcoming. Provides water, snacks and complimentary services. It’s always a great vibe.
Great dealership, great selection of vehicles. My salesman was and is very accommodating. What else can I say?
1st service for my new vehicle and was an excellent experience. Service department has always been a great experience since starting with Classic and will continue to be a customer there. My only complaint is the sales department and reason i did not buy my vehicle at Classic, but service center and body work center are outstanding and reason I stay with Classic. Sales department is dull, boring and lacks support for selling vehicles. Sales needs excessive improvement back to where they use to be and NOT where they are now!
Reliable and quick response will always refer to friends and family everything as decribe on the vehicle was ok

They delay too much and looted peoples by showing that big problem but in actual its a very minor problem
They quoted $140 and charged $185 for oil change on 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 3.0 Duranax. The truck is 9 months old with. 10,600 miles. Then they said the truck failed the multi point inspection on 3 issues. Suspension wheel alignment based on mileage $139.95; Cabin Air Filter , dirty $89.63; air filter Dirty $91.61; this is pathetic. Dealer should be investigated.

Special thanks to sevice advisor Mr Mayeaux for going above and beyond troubleshooting a faulty rear seatbelt. I came in for an oil change and had made a special note in the online scheduling about the seat belt not releasing . However, the note did not show up on the dealer computer. Mr Mayeaux made a new service ticket an determined that the seatbelt would require replacement. He ordered one and I’ll be notified when it arrives. I really appreciate the effort because I have to drive from 1 hour away.

Had a $15.00 rebate coupon for a new battery & cabin air filter. Told the service writer I wanted the OEM filter. When I filled out the online forms, the battery rebate was approved, but the cabin air filter was denied. A closer look at the service paper work, It stated that "customer approved a new non-OEM cabin air filter. Installed a new cabin air filter." That is a total lie (#!). The system for drop off for an assessment is ridiculous. The SC needs to go back to making appointments for vehicles to be worked on. The appointments for oil change works fine. My vehicle was there for a 1 1/2 weeks for basically an oil change.
Took 3 weeks before even looking at my vehicle with no communication. Just would like to know what the progress is one way or the other.

Second time this year experiencing the same issue on a 2026 Equinox, according to Classic Chevrolet the problem was fixed 5 months ago, same error message on a brand new 2026 Equinox, not good.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the truck we purchased. I think the trade valve was spot on for my 2018 F150 All an all I would come back again. The service department was of no concern as we live in Louisiana and will have it serviced at our local dealer.

I will never go back unfortunately. 2 hour drive over there just to tell me someone is already going to be looking at the vehicle even after I told them I’m on the way. Once arrived the vehicle was ready however engine lights were on.
